Hi guys,

What is your ping time?...i am getting lots of fluctuation in my connection because of high ping time, since i upgraded my plan i am facing this problem, getting average 170ms.

I too get similar ping times with wimax.As TARI claims,

For the broadband wireless access (BWA), since the technology is evolving and implementation is at the nascent stage, no benchmark for packet loss and latency is proposed. The Authority would revisit this issue later.

we've got our hands tied, yet you can try consulting the customer care.

What more can you expect from a stupid company like Reliance?

Even a local cablewala internet is better than this.

Confused but why?
It is a very common issue with Reliance except on their Metro Ethernet network.
