I have had the first taste of Reliance broadband's customer service standards a few mins ago as my wimax connection stopped working day before yesterday and I called Reliance yesterday morning to complain about this problem as it just wont connect atall despite trying everything I could on my side and got this complain number : 161650313
I was promised a resolution within 24 hours but its been a lot more then that so I called them again a few mins ago and the guy I spoke to said this complain has been resolved so he will have to give me another complaint number and I refused to take a new stupid number because I have no idea how and why they would change the status of my original complaint to resolved without me giving a nod that it is indeed resolved... I asked my call to be transferred to a supervisor and they guy says he cant unless he gives me a new complaint numberI refused to take a new complaint number and eventually he transferred my call to a floor supervisor who said she would get some one in the field to look at this issue and get it resolved asap.
The orignal complaint I made was changed to resolved status which I believe that these guys do regularly to keep their turn around time on paper to be less then 24 hours else there is no other reason I can think of for doing this.. I am not happy atall... My connection is not working and Reliance has been sitting on my complaint number in peace thinking its already been resolved when its far from resolved.
If you have a similar situation do not take another number because its not how they should be working... unless your complaint is resolved they shouldn't be changing the complaints status to resolved. Insist on reviving the same old complaint number and be firm about it if you really want to get a resolution.
I can only hope that they do something about my connection which has been down for a long time now!
Its been three days now and the problem has not been resolved.. I called again and they guy tried to give me another complaint number
Reliance customer service sucks!
