Thread: Reliance wifi broadband is working fine, but

Hello friends

but is the bit of the poison

Recently i have taken the Reliance wifi broadband

deposit rs.500

with in the 1 week they setup the connection at my place, by setting up one plate like antenna and 30meters of cable and one router like thing which is having

data in, dataout cable

that's it not more than that

when i ever i switch on the computer it is acquiring the ipaddress and going to the website realiancebroadband.co.in where iam asking to login

that's it

even the speeds for my plan 150 the download is

good i.e coming at 18kb/s (144kbps) also it is touching sometimes to the 160kbps 20.1kb/s

I said all the good then here comes my problem some times i dont get the ipaddress whenever my system restarts due to power problem (rare occassions) and it is giving the limited or no connectivity error.

(As technically speaking the DNS is unable to allocate the ipaddress to my system after re-powering)

So, i have to call the customer care they give one complaint id, within the one or two hours the technical people called me and solved the problem. according to technical sources the DNS server is unable to provide the ipaddress as based on the mac so they have to reset this.

This happen two times of my first month, nothing more than that rest of the things - woooohaaa iam enjoying this. Never before saw this type of connection.

others - they say 128kbps and get 60kbps previously

Also not mentioned one thing i.e the Reliance tower at my place is near i.e 1.6km range only. no phone no wire always iam on.

My self in AP state

Its workin without issues with me... extremely good connectivity, gr8 down and upload speeds... Had the ip issue once when i accidentally switched off the receiver without loggin out. Never again.. as i have the comp and the receiver powered thru my home ups. You shud also do somethin like that.

Ha Ha Big problems now for me

the connectivity if comes i.e very good but these days since 1 week iam not getting the Connection saying Limited or No connectivity.

Even after calling the customercare and complaining about this they are saying only one thing i.e our technical people will call you, but no one has called.

When i say this,

"Sorry for the inconvinience" every customer care person saying, and they saying we will forward this as most urgent or high priority to technical team , but to my surprise no call receiving since then.

really strange what happend to these people they dont care the customer problems or what.

So, immediately after few days i tasted the problems of Reliance.

So, i have to change my mind and say Reliance Connectivity only good but when you get the problem then no support you will get.

hi, teluguswan u said that when u got problem , u called to customer care, they gave one Id ,

plz tell me that ID,plz tell me how can i solve that problem ,some times i have also facing same

problem, when i switch on the computer and it is giving the limited or no connectivity error, some times it shows status is connected(local area connetion) , but sites r not opened.

what should i do

I should say one thing Reliance wifi broad band connetion is good , but the services is very bad
