Thread: Upload issue New Delhi

Well i took a wimax connection as none other was available in my area, and ever since i'm having the dreaded zero upload bandwidth problem.
Filed two complaints for it, the first one being reported as 'successfully resolved' without even a phone call from them and only in a matter of 2 hours! (no.7455900)

The second one (no. 69494245) being in resolution state for 3 days, in the end receiving a phone call, as well as a visit by their so called 'technical reps' and trying everythin in vain.

I am posting in parts as this totally s h i t connection wud not be able to upload so many characters to the site!! >

The guy who came to my premises told me that countless other people are having the same problem from dwarka (where i live) to rohini and the whole of delhi....

Its astonishing that he knew this info, considering he dint know how to access the antenna via the browser.

Another astonishing fact, why no one from delhi has reported this problem here?? While so many were posting when it came up in bangalore and the problem got resolved there.... possibly ignorance i guess...

Btw the second complaint has also now been reported as being 'Successfully resolved'.

Now i don't know wht the hell to do other than demanding a waiver in my bill and disconnect at the end of the month and go back to that good for nothing (other than browsing) spacenet connection, which by the way can't even play youtube videos, the video is never able to load and can't even display the support.microsoft.com/*** pages.

Is this sh%^ty reliance communication trying to beta test or something??
Shouldn't they even test their damned connectivity before happily taking 562Rs from people and giving them sh^&??

In case any other person from new delhi is having the problem pls post here so that we can think of something?? Somebody have any ideas??

To my BIG surprise, the problem has solved today. And that too after only two complaints!!




Its rocking at the moment... fingers crossed!
