Rep Power: 0 | Hi guys.. I live in the South Delhi area.... I started using Reliance broadband six months ago after living through a nightmare with TataIndicom for about a year..... I've found Reliance to be quite stable (in my area at least) and quite responsive to network outages... but there is one big problem... the connection I have is the one in which you have to log into your account through the browser to start using the internet... the problem i have is that the connection times-out after sometime ... as a result the p2p clients running stop working too.. so basically you can't leave your comp on for downloads throughout the night ... which is a big turn-off... If not !!! Does this Reliance Wimax have the same problem and how good is it??? Ps: I'm planning on an upgrade.. cause life sucks without downloads... |

Rep Power: 10 | Yes there is a way out Say for instance you get automatically logged out every one hour.. all you need to do is scedule your login client to run ever one hour and that should keep your downloads going through the night. I dont know how to do that but this can be done... I am sure one of our senior members will come up with a solution for you.
