Default Non-termination of the service even after 4 Months

    Hi,

My Subscription No. is 333409050324. I have given a complaint for terminationj of the broadnet service on March Second Week 2008 and the complaint no. is 65246929.

I have been contacted from one of the finance guys from bombay on Third Week of March 2008 and I had asked him to terminate the same.

I have been contacting atleast once per week and I was first assured that if I pay March 2008 Bill, it will be disconnected. I pad March 2008 Bill and intimated the same. For first Month they told resolution is under progress. But till now it is not.

    Regards,
    Muralidhar N

    Default

    dont worry
    Just dont pay the bill
You can argue that you have made a termination request and that it should be done with in 15 days , if not done it is their problem

but ideally you should not be using their services, if you keep using it then it is not right on your part
