Thread: 999 for 400kpbs

jst got a call from reliance...they said they are offering 400kbps instead of 300kpbs for 999.....do u think i shud go for it?... kinda tempting...
can any1 from mumbai tell me about thier reliance exp.?....
also i have a reliance webworld near my place, does that mean theres a tower too there?...does that mean ill get good signals?...

IF yo are talking about reliance wimax dont go for it
In banaglore i had really bad experience with them

It all depends on the signal strength you get in your area

And if you have a webworld near by it does not mean that they have a wimax towers

it may have the normal mobile network tower but not necessary a wimax tower

In reliance if you have a signal strength of 23 which i had still i had lot of problems

no i am on tata wimax and with a signal strength of 24 i have really good connectivity

if you are on any other IPS like airtel or MTNL , dont go for reliance
you can go for reliance if you have only sify, because it worst than reliance

if you don't have any thing "beggars cannot be choosers" then go for reliance and make sure you get good signal before you sign their document

yeah man u can go for it if u dont have an option of airtel. but insure that the signal strenght is good if it is more than 23-24 u dont have to face any issue with it... having a reliance webworld near you doesn't mean that u wl have tower near too but the reliance coverage is increased recently.. so just check for once...
Also please let me know that when you got the call from reliance... actually i am a current user of RWIMAX and i am paying 999 for 300kpbs... it would be a gr8 help if some info provided by u...

it cant b 400kbps.....it has to be 300kbps. u better chk out again. it is 999 for 300kbps & reliance wont make an exception for u offering 400kbps. Reliance ppl dont call it must b theie one of the dealer who must hv called. chk with other dealers also abt this.

i think ill wait longer .. hopefully thier service will improve n mayb they ; offer 500kbps for 999 lol

I contacted Mr.Pankaj Pandya(09376657544) and given him all of detail and documents also cheque of 2243 Rs. ( Cheque still not clear).

he reply me DNS is full and No new connection available at this moment.
he was excusing me this from last 1 month

same time i contacted TATA

Same i contacted Mr.Soham and asking for new connection.
he come down and collect details and still he is Mr.India
I call him , same excuse he told me that connection is full.
then he told me that i send you person for Reliance WIMAX


I also Contacted Airtel

They told me no Connectivity available

and the last one is BSNL
I dont have landline phone i am leaving on rent so i m not able to install it.

if any one have any good idea to
get broadband connection
which can be affordable near rs.500-700 Per Month
or any idea to got internet connection from Reliance or TATA

Please help me I am waiting for last 1 month..please

Don't opt for Reliance Wi-max... it should b ur last option i.e. if u cannot get any other ISP at ur place... u r left with nothing but Reliance wi-max...
