hi, using reliance wimax, 300kbps.
it is ok,
but last sunday, and today (sunday) too.
In the morning,it takes long time to connect to dhcp server, or doesn't connect at all.
and generally initial lease are of 10 minutes.

Maybe bcoz traffic is too much on sunday morning.

So please, keep this in mind,
Dont plan to check urgent mail on sunday morning.
