Thread: Reliance finally lives "up" to its name! >:(

Hey guys ... the connection was working like a charm for approx. 2 months till the troubles began... there was a 100% packet loss a.k.a request timed out problem which reared its ugly head about 22 days back... and the connection stopped working for 8 days! I filed complaints after complaint only to have them posted as resolved if i did not call those idiots up every 24 hours . the guys had no clue why the problem was there... then after 8 days it started working again... only to again suffer a similar complete breakdown 5 days later...
And its been 9 days since then that the connection is still not working.

I had to resort to my local spacenet service and what a gr8 service that is... Rs. 750 for 1GB limited connection with a so called 1 "Mbps" speed which in reality gives 50kbps max! i do not know if there is some kinda competition going on between spacenet and reliance for being crowned the CRAPPIEST service in Dwarka, New Delhi or something like that...:19: They are screwing us like anything!

DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE IF U HAVE ANY OTHER SERVICE (EXCEPT SPACENET) IN YOUR AREA...! IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE. TRUST ME.
