    hello gurus iam deeapk/23 from bangalore.i never expect such a kindf form is also available really appriciate the person behind this beautiful form..well herez my issues...
    currently my reliance broadband tarif plan is as follows:
    Speed 150 Kbps + Unlimited Download - Rs 750 / Month Plus taxes..some one told me abt the reliance broadband wimax is good..so i opted this.
    Now a days my speed vent so down. iam hardly able post this thread..
    From the 1st day to til now my speed is limited to jus 15kbps..and from past so many days i cant able to check my yahoo mail also every time i try to connect to yahoo or any webpage iam getting an error called "Oops! This link appears broken.
    DNS error - cannot find server" I got fed up with this ISP .i tried to call several times to reliance customaer care but no positive response.i missed so many emails calling for an interview.most of the time i spend infront of the net coz iam a blogger and blogging is my hobby.if any body got to say somthin u r most welcomed.i tried several key words in google to search the stuff i want but same problem ...Oops! This link appears broken... i can able to see only the page b4 login and after login (Reliance web page).but the upload and download speed is booming in wwweb.speed.net site tats all got to say..thnax for ur patinece...tak care

    OK. Make a written complaint to Reliance.

    And if you do not get a satisfactory response, file a consumer court case. Here is an organization that can help you: Preparing and Filing Consumer Complaint at Consumer Court in India

    Unfortunately with Wimax there is not much can be done by ourselves; hence, so sorry!

    if you have already tried calling reliance several times then its better to write them and after that once you can try call an engineer too to fix this problem if reliance is providing that in your area...

    if nothing helps then its better to contact consumer court

    150Kbps for 750..

    i thought there is 300Kbps unlimited plan for 750 ?
