i think i wud've been better off with mtnl.... rather than have this sh** connection.... its been f***in 15 days since the connection worked for 5 days after an 8 day blackout. i always had a feeling why was i getting something from reliance....

Anyways thanks for the info... i guess they will just be increasing the deadline by two days with every email.

it is working....it is their DNS server giving them issues. But problem has been sorted out since last 3-4 days. ( at least my connection is working.)

when i had their stupid fones i was still not this frustrated... its just too much for me now... i just curse the day i got this stupid connection or disconnection.... i was so happy with it for a month or so (only after the first 12 frustrating non upload days that is )...

so simple thing u can do...
Call CC and terminate ur account as I did with rel wimax.
So if u r not using d services, its ur right to ask for refund. What u guyz gonna do?? Sit online and yell????
Minimum plan they r offering is 750 Rs, most of u must b using 999 Rs. @ 300/400 kbps plan, so if u r unable to use ur net for 1 day u r losing 30 bucks, if it continues for a week then appx. 210 Rs. loss.
I m not considering service tax and edu. cess.
They just cant take away our hard earned money.
U cant wkae up those untrained bastards, just call CC and talk to senior persons. If u r not left with any other choice of ISP, then only stick with it, else SURRENDER!!!

Its the stupid choice factor that comes into play for me.. u mite see in my prev posts i said i had to recharge the spacenet conn for Rs750 for just 1 GB. The speed they say is 1 mbps but it never goes above 512kbps. They suck even more. There's no airtel in my area. Should i go in for mtnl?? They've slashed their rates for delhi. Is it worth giving a shot cause i definitely have no hopes for reliance...
and unlimited plan in spacenet is for Rs785 with just 64kbps (with no port forwarding)! These bastards are just out to fill their pockets and rip ours.
