    Default reliance seem to be cheaters and money stealers

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that I am still facing lots of problems, just because I made a mistake in past by trusting reliance broadband and applying for their services.
    As a customer of reliance, my feedback is that, there is no transparency at all in billing done by reliance broadband. And Customer care of reliance, you can do nothing, but just bang your head with them.
    In spite of continuous request for termination of my connection, nobody contacts from your side. All the notifications I receive from your company are to pay my bill, for the services which I never used. I am continously filing requests for termination of the connection, but nobody turns up, and when I call customer care to know about what has been done for the request. I get to know that, I am willing to continue the connection as per your records.
    Over and above all these problems I am facing, you are sending me bills, even after knowing that my services are barred, and I dont want to use reliance broadband ever in my life, which is absolutely unethical dealing.
    I request you to stop sending bills and telephoning me for payment of the services I have not even used, and properly terminating the services.

    This is a problem with everyone - Airtel is also no exception.

    same goes for sify and lot many other providers...
    but i would like to say that in this matter vodafone is really good... they charged me wrong in my one bill and when i called them for clarification then they provided me full refund for wrong charges in my next bill.

    first of all can anyone tell me why they charge us wrongly?
    I think rather than mistake is feeding/programming of data. there should be external agency which is responsible for these unethical techniques!

    I have been a customer of vodafone (previously hutch) for 3 yrs now and never ever got any problems of wrong billing or any problems whatsoever...

    reliance takes the cake for billing issues. worst of the lot. it seems that their system does not recognise "termination". take BB or mobile it is same story. i know cases like they have billed before the installation has taken place & billed even after they have taken away the SS from the party, and cases like urs where even after termination intimation they keep on billing. Any thing & everything is possible with reliance.

    reliance suckes. I used them earlier and connection is faulty and their customer services is the worst

    Yah Thats right. After using Reliance Broadband i have to face many problems. Net is almost down and they charge an high amount of bill for me. They do not provide quick service. I am not satisfied with it.

    One thing is pretty clear....None of the ISP in India are perfect (atleast 90% perfect).....

    If we see the mobile service provider,their service is far more better than the ISP......

    Why is that we are not able to get a good service.....
    Is there still we need to improve in infrastructure wise ?
