contact them if they are not able to give U a connection, they will provide U a contact no of Chembur guy.
keep in mind, Reliance wimax having shirtage of dish antenna right now. they are planning to buy new antennas in next 15 days. may be it will take more time. so U have to wait. but they wil tell U that U ll get connection in 4 days. and yes, 1st U have to contact customer care to know the feasibility of Wimax in ur area.
