Rep Power: 0 | To reliance broadband I requested for your broadband connection(300 kbps for 799 per month rental) at your broadband customer care(30337777). There Mr. Surinder on 25th August, 2008 picked up my call and made me understand about your plans. He took my request and gave me a request number 836075, and he asked me to wait for seven days. He also provided me the nearest reliance broadband office at Bairagi Marg, Metro Station Inderlok, Delhi. He assured me that within seven days one of the technical guy from the above said office will contact me. Within the period of next 5 days no one contacted me even once, then I again called customer care on 30th August, 2008 and asked for the status. Ms. Rohini picked up my call and told that we do not take any kind of request from customer care and never provide a request number and she informed me that your phone number is your request number and I got shocked but it was ok, then she gave me the number of Area Manager of Delhi circle, her name is Ms. Sumita K. Chakarwati and her number is 011-30320042. I called her many times but no one picked up the phone even once, how good is this. Then again I called up the customer care then Mr. Santosh picked up my call and he assured me to send a reminder call to the concerned department but of no use till 25th September, 2008. What a good customer service. On 25th September, 2008 I again called and Mr. Mukeem picked up my call and he also sent a reminder call but of no use. Then again I called on 28th September, 2008 Ms. Nisha picked up my call and she also sent a reminder call. Sir, could you please tell me after how much reminder call, you are going to get the connection installed at my premises or do I need to call you daily for the same. For your information, I am having four reliance mobile connections in my house . I think there is no need to continue with these numbers after facing this kind of customer service, what do you think I need your suggestion also. I am very happy that we are using an Indian connection with this kind of service for the Indians. I think aap se to vedesi badiya hai. In the last again reminder call, reminder call, reminder call, reminder call ..great. Sir if this above said poem makes any changes in reliance I will be more than happy because not only me but also my India is suffering from this problem. My suggestion to you is not to advertise your reliance add like BOL INDIA BOL as your service is too poor which I do not want to say but this is true and you have to improve yourself.
