The router does not detect internet connection. It shows static IP detected

I even tried MAC spoof and that does not work either.

I even reset the router and once in a blue it detected the connection as dynamic IP but still no WAN IP on router and no internet through the router.

tried another router and still same

Help me!! if any one can!!!

    Regards

Post Unable to connect trough Netgear WGR614 v7

Hi i had an Airtel connection and the router was working fine with no issues,I shifted and that when i got to know that there is no airtel here, so i went for Reliance Wimax, tried to reset the router it detects the ip as static and when its comes to configuring the network its gives an error that there is an issue with the Internet connection, tried all the possible steps by myself but in vain.

Atlast i called Reliance they are the worst Customer care i have ever dealt with, then i tried calling Netgear itself ,nogo there too.

I know that Wimax is a static ip address and it does not support PPPoE connectivity, but there has to be a way or workaround to configure the router to the Wimax settings, logically speaking.

As you have this connection for 2 yrs as you said, your inputs would be very much appreciated, also from anyone who has resolved this issue......PLZ HELP

    Thanks in Advance
    Vineesh
