Is there any dual sim mobile from samsung ???

Yes there are dual sim phones from Giant samsung. First you tell your kind. You want both gsm or both cdma or gsm/cdma. Usually samsung's duals are costly. Best dual sim phones are better with Spice as of now. And one of the phone has loudspeaker fm radio with java support.(so you can also play games,do internet jobs etc but java heap supported is just 120kbs)check out on some phone review sites about it. Spice sets are good. But if want good branded sets than wait for Nokia and Samsung cause they are going to give out some new stuffs in the year.

Does both connections work simultaneously or we have to switch between them...

most dual SIM functions on Dual Standby basis so both SIM work simultaniously, including call conference between two lines in some sets.

I don know properly. But as far i know(my friend has one)theres something like base sim and slave sim. So those guys with two girl friends for ex can have the best girl on the base sim and the alternate choice on the slave sim. But than i don know what happens when both girls call%) it must be tragic but there must be something like call waiting from slave sim otherwise my friend will be in problems.
I don like dual sim phones cause its very disturbing at times. Most of the serious users have base sim for good calling purpose. And slave sim is for only attending calls for an alternate number but which is important. Though such phones are useless for guys with one girl friend. %-)

Read Mymobile magazine. There are 25 mobile companies in India now one atleast must be there with two CDMA thingies. But i don give a heck for such phones. Having two phones is better than one phone with two numbers. Good for Romeos though.
