this phone i think old version of samsung..i get one..and until now..i'm still used it..Anyone still used this phone..can we share the problem and many more about this phone

I dont have this mobile handset and i never used it but our employee uses it and i am really fed up with it as he never hears our sound even in open. I think think is the biggest drop back in this hadnset as it could not do what it is made to do.
