i gave up on the sify connection last month cos i was cheated on all fronts... on the last month of use I had to place 15 plus complaints to keep the connection up ie every alternate day in a month had to make a complaint and getting thru the customer care will test ur patience... and if u do... be ready to be at their mercy.. .for some of them even made fun of me... the download speeds for sify 64kbps dedicated line is never more than 5kbps ...all this after... my dear friends ... paying a non refundable deposit of 3500. even i complaint to the product mangers and they royally showed me the middle finger... this i have checked with atleast consumers under two other cable operators and they do have the same experience.... so guys and girls dont fall for the SIfy BB trap... sify sucks... use a dial up which connects anytime (100% uptime - sify for me was like 50% uptime)and gives the same downloads as a sify 64kbps broadband.... pathetic sify...
