Myself a resident of chandigarh and as this broadband was launched in the city I was keen to get a 24 hr net surf and registered for it. Having paid in advance it took them 2 weeks to realise I’ve paid for there service and a further 1 week for getting the connection subscription and finally when the service started I found out that I was given a connection for 1 month while I had paid for 3 months plus a diferent plan .

I called over to their customer care and besides all my efforts no action for 2 weeks finally I’ve got a connection again for 1 month more and wud have to struggle again to prolong my connection.

Regarding speed you are adviced not to use in morning hrs and at night 11 to 1 cos at that time it is Impossible to connect I dunno whether it is thier poor service or they r used to such kind of habits.

Being only service provider in chandigarh its monopoly has given sify the right to harass customers as much as they can.

The best part id it wud rain for 15 mins or weather wud b windy and u ll see there connection wires hanging around in air . U wud go offline for and with ur best efforts and not less than 10-15 calls wud they finally respond to your problem by the time it wud get connected usually half of the month is gone . if u have something important to do online pray to god to keep it sunny and dry .

Now i have switched over to airtel and have not faced disconnectivity in last one month rest time wud tell .
