i want to revise my earlier reply.i renewed my bb connection with 256 kbps 400mb day + night unlimited package and logged in one day after using it for 10-12 days to find that my balance had almost completely fallen through.i checked my session details to find(to my utter amazement) that i seem to have downloaded 100s of mbs of stuff from 8am to 11 am that day when i wasn't even home at that time and my pc was off.i immediately called sify customer care only to spend mobile talktime all in vain.they didn't believe me
( i mean how stupid could i be..i have a night unlimited plan..why would i download in the morning???!!!)they gave me a complaint number and said they'd get back to me within a day.needless to say the didn't.i would still say my local cto being good,i don't have as many problems as others seem to be facing but sify sucks...now i know it....![]()
