I am too an sufferer from sify broadband internet connetion

I purchased the broadband connection for my business use, since i work from home late nights

At the time of connection the speed was ok (40 kbps Pack).

I know 40 kbps gives download /upload speed of about 5-6 kbps/sec

But recently the connection has been pathatic, the only support i get it the local calbe operators since sify engineers are useless and never even bother to visit you place and check the status of the complain

I am complaining from last 15 days but no one bothers

Recently i had asked for an renual but asked the sify guys to hold on since the connection is not to the mark why this hell i should go with sify

One thing is sure, sify never ever cares for the CUSTOMERS, this i am saying since i have suffered a lot though SIFY

Hope they try to get more closer to CUSTOMERS so that they dont loose customers
