i had taken sify connection recently from ulhasnagar thru some global telenet service.Tell you these guys are real cheaters,not even one month has passed till now, it ran quite properly for 1 week, & then it got disconnected since then i am calling the local person of global telenet but thoase idiots not even come to resolve the issue nor are available on their contact nos, they say that they are not resposible for connection failure (they chrged me 2000 bugs for installation), they just put wiring in my house thats all for installation even lan card i had to purchase on my own. Sify helpline is also ****, whenever you call it disconnects in sometime, after 15 days of trying the hlpline i spoke to them 4 days back but they have still not come(when they say they send a person in 1 day to solve your problm) my prepaid a/c of i mnth has just been wasted i could hardly use the internet.

still i am using my phoneline to work on net........& waiting for these rascals to come to resolve my problem.
