I am a Sify Broadband connection user, with my user Id being ’’somilsinha’’. I have shifted my residence last week in the same colony in Vaishali, Ghaziabad and still waiting for my line to be shifted.
Two days before shifting, my account had expired and I had check with your local service provider- Vaishali Infosystems, that if the shifting of the line is possible to my new address, then only I will renew my account.
They assured that I would be done within One Day and I agreed and renewed my account. One 14 May I had shifted to my new address and made a formal request to Vaishali Infosytems on 13th. I was told that on 15th the line would be shifted, that is still not Done. I had also called your Sify Helpline No last week and made a request, which resulted in Nothing.
Now I am wondering what will happen if my account will expire, as I have taken 1GB download Unlimited for 30 Days. I have already lost 7 days from that 30 days I am wondering how many days I will loose, making me highly disappointed. Hope you can do something from your end, or else I have look for someother service provider who can give me a better service
