    Default sify broadband wireless

    Heard sify broadband has come out with wireless broadband like reliance wimax, anybody has any idea or already using sify wireless?how r the speeds etc?

    Default I am using sify broadband at Ranchi,

    The speed is good according to the plan, I use PN51 i.e. 256 kbps day and 512 kbps night on whioch i get optimum speed.

    be wire or wirefree just stay away from "SIFY" never ever opt for sify isp.

    Sify have come up with wireless broadband but no good remarks to this brand yet.:001_huh:

    you wont hear good remarks about sify except from their lame executives and sales persons!!,in 2005 i was using sify internet actually we should not relate "Broadband" with sify!! i use to face disconnections everyday slow speeds,packet lost etc that connection totally made my life miserable but thanks to reliance they came in my area and i switched to reliance in no-time!

    I am a sify wireless broadband user. I want to host a dedicated gaming server and for that i need a static ip .I have static ip provided by sify but when i log in through sify client a dynamic ip 118.*.*.*.* is being used. So every time my ip changes .Please help how to set static ip for external use.

    I found sify is not good for this and heard this from many of friends who are using this and facing always some kind of problem
