Thread: sify negatives

well ive already mentioned that ia,m using sify for 2 years in my blog
here iam going to talk about sify's cons !
so so .........
-sify has huge problems with networks even simple rain is enough to stop service !
-sify well i get so irritated with the BB101 error now i need to call the customer care!......... pathetic at least 3 tries before call is taken then its computer speaking for about a minute press this and that then finally after enetering ur number there is sum1 picking up my call i tell them my user id and then they say the issue will be fixed in 24 hours !
-huh well if all that sint enough u cant renew ur account from web u have to compulsorily use ur sify client
-anti-virus : sify isnt complaint with all antivirus softwares
- renew: u cant renew after ur quota is expired !! u got to call the customer care again how i hate this !
-ads yeah everytym i log in there has to be atleast 1 ad window opening !
- customer care isnt all that informative they dont even know the variety of packs sify provides !!

ok so these are the probs i face with sify but still i enjoy using sify !! mad am i lol yeah iam !

they are not good in giving services

Sify sux big time.....i switched over from sify to dataone...!!!

Why sify gives good speed don't u think so? why its sux ?

after 3 months of torture by sify which includes more than 100 calls to customercare in a single month only , I feel like killing these persons.
It's been 5 days and there is no network that my computer shows when i connect the ethernet cable. To check if my computer is not working properly i plugged it in 3 other laptops but the condition is same. The local linemen MANOJ is the biggest a**hole i have met. He pre-assumed that the lan card of my laptop is faulty and never cared for giving a visit to see if there is any problem with line.
In the mean time i lost my interview on skype from USA.So not having a proper internet connection is much more worse than it looks like.
