Sify one of the popular internet service provider has many complaints from its users regard connectivity and other stuff. Some problems I face with sify include renewal problems. Firstly sify client will not allow you to renew when your quota has expired . You have to keep track of dates and renew before your quota expires and if you fail to renew then well you will to to call sify customer care which trust me is nothing short of hell. When you finally get hold of human voice on sify they will give you temporary net connection through you have to renew your account.
I really think this is lame why does sify not have an option of renewing or viewing account details online ? I so miss a site from where I can check my account details and renew from any computer.
It is such a problem to renew account using this sify client, many times I have had to reinstall sify client to renew.
Don’t you think sify ought to have a servce to renew online through website
