Default Looking to buy a wireless router any suggestions?

I am looking to buy a wireless router to use with my sify broadband connection and Ive got 2 desktop pc's and one lap top which I want to conect simultaniously.
My question is : Is it possible to get the router going without having to dial using the fucked up sify client? or do I hae to turn the pc on with the router connected to get the other two working?

I am really looking to have an arrangment where I wont have to run the pc to get my laptop connected to the net.

I hope I made some sense with my questions and any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated.

(Ie already got a data card for my laptop and a network card fitted in one of my pc's)

    Hey Admin

as i said in m post...it is pretty much possible to run the sify client directly from your laptop...and once the connection is establised you can use other laptops as well...however you will need to set up their ip as 192.168.1.x and their DNS server as provided to you by SIFY.....alternatively you can install the sify client at all machines....and since sify registers the mac address of your router...you will be able to connect from any machine....hope I made some sense too
