    Default new working DC++ hubs for kalyan, ulhasnagar,ambarnath??

    hi ! guys
    i have a sify cable connection though i have unsubscribed it the wire is still plugged in the router and my lan is active.
    my ip range starts from 10.10.10.*
    i want to use dc++ ,and i stay at ulhasnagar.
    please tell me if i need to change my ip in TCP /ip settings.i have installed strong dc++ .
    please give me the full configuration settings and the hub ips which are currently on
