Thread: sify Broadband worst service

the worst service, never recommend it to even your enemies
I have taken this 1yr 256/384kbps unlimited plan from SIFY Broadband Highspeed internet
Unfortunately despite repetitive complaints with there call center for poor speed (11kbps against 384 kbps), they have not taken any action.
On asking for refund of balance money as per their records, the outrightly refuse the same.
They have no technical support in Pune, or office to address the same to.
Call center is all India basis and are unaware of local problems.

i dont know how trai is still allowing them to do business i havent still found a satisfied customer
