I bought sifybb last28days sifydealer says me dayspeedis384kbps night512kbps but my real speed is 40kbpsis highest or 20kbpslowest He cheated me many ways in last 8 days my internet connection is getting problem like BB101 I complaint to the dealer he said some problem in big tower it will repair in 2days so i rest 2days or i type my radio ip in net exp it doesnt open my recieving is 0 0 0 0 0 0 I complaint but their are no respond once they send a untraind ollukapattha engineer he said me your modem is broken mean A IC is broken I says that you repair it he reply No i says why. agent says this ic doesnt change i will gave you a new modem you charged at 1500rs for new I says change it so it change it after 3 days he installa modem in new body and machine is old after change the modem net connection willnot run so agent says some technical problem in our tower so plz patience i says how many time will going in to repair agent says plz patience when its repair I will call you 4days later there are no responce I call to the office but nobody hear my call or customer care to Ullukaphata hai unka to phone kabhi jindgi mai nahi mill sakta.Agar koi sify ka connection lena chahta hai to na le isse acha net to mobile chal jata hai na to connect hone ka jhanjhat aur kam paiso me sahi speed.Agar mujse koi bade galti huye hai to wo sifybb ka connection le kar. mere dealer ka naam hai sandeep aur mai bulandshahr se hooooo.plzzz plzz plzz somebody help me Mo=7417504927 Mera total kharcha huya hai 1175serviceplanka 3000Rs installing charge or 1500Rsnew modem that takes my old in new body 5075Rs
