Sify broadband is the worst nightmare Please donot take sify broadband as it is the worst service that you are going to get. Inspite of so many complaints you hardly see any technical person solving your problems. I wasted so many calls and time on this irresponsible fellows. Sify give services to local guys and we take it from them. They are rude and illiterate. I got sick of these guys and I have wrote a letter to the head office warning about taking the action against sify for the worst service and also i am losing my business because of there irresponsibility and you know what still i haven't heard from them, surprise isn't it. The top management is the worst management i have ever come across and later i wrote a letter to them saying that i will go to consumer court if they donot response before so and so date and till now no response from the management either or any member from Sify. I will definately take action against sify and make them repent for what they have done to me. Worst customer service i have ever come across in my entire life.
My personal advice please do your homework before taking connection from any broadband service providers. |
