Thread: My experience with Sify is a nightmare

Dear Friends,

I dont know the company like sify is providing such a poor services . I am using Sify Broadband since lat two months and every alternate day i get some problem. I feel that the quality of cables and other equipments used by SIFY is not good and therefore daily problems are coming. Interestingly, Sify customer care says that the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs which generally do not happen and by chance if it happens so agin in next 24 hours a new problem comes. Earlier, I was using reliance rconnect which was excellent but the speed was not so good. Please i request the group to suggest me which service provider is providing satisfactory services in NOIDA.

MTNL or BSNL whichever is available.

i m really fed up with the customer service... wat coolguy said is true
they tell tat the service ll be provided now within 4 hrs r 12 hrs..
i havent seen any problem resolved within the stipulated time...
they used to resolve after 48hrs r even more... the worsts service.....
oly adv is tat with cable they provide connection which is considered to be quicker comparing other broadban service....
but once the connection provided u ll face a lot of probs...n the customer service they provide is really worst to the core....
the speed they provide is just 256 kbps
then more common to report
oly 400mb download which costs abt 205
ter r other broadband services providing 1gb download at faster rate costing the same...

Sify broadband review which I wrote some time back... The statement still stands true and I stand by it and would like to say again that sify sucks big time and I don't think they will every earn a good reputation in India given the attitude of their customer service staff.

guys try to understand the diff between the cable proivider and sify...coolbig you are getting pathetic service coz your cable provider sucks and not sify...you cable provider is responsible for all the dc and not sify.......Sify is nice....Anyone hacing a good network provider in their area will understand how good sify is....

Just shift to some other internet service provider and i am sure that it would be much better then this one. I have also used there service and as of my experience i completely agree with what you say.
