Thread: very Bad service in Badlapur ( Mumbai )

I was using sify since 5 years. but since March my sify connection started giving problem. i have raise approx 20 complaints. & 50 mails to sify customercare, 20 mails to nodal, 10 mails to appleted autority but noone has solved my problem till October. I got 2 Months free compensation pack but half of pack again got wasted with same type of problem link. cable cut, lighting this & That. at last i have purched new connection with other service provider & at same time i have cutted sify lan cable by my hand, like cutting troubles in my life.

My sincerest suggestion would be, and if you have a choice, switch to BSNL. Choose the UL-750 plan that allows unlimited download at 512 kbps.
