Thread: Sify Cancellation

Dear All,

I have to cancel my Sify Connection, now that I have BSNL BB Setup at my place. Not that I hate sify, but wanted to go for a better Connection.

My Query:
I need to cancel my Sify, I there any refundable amount that I can Expect. I had paid arount 2000buck during installation, is that refundable ?

Installation charges are not refundable. From that Rs. 2000, there could be some amount towards security deposit. Usually the Security Deposit equals to one month's rent. You may to check from your records whether there was any security deposit.

sorry , but you wont get any refund..installation charges are basically for the wiring and all....however when did u get sify connection??coz 2k installation charges seem to be pretty high.....
