A few months back when I heard about theSify,I was rejoiced.
i just applied for this one and i got new connection with in 12 hour but my problem started after that daily same problem lan cable disconnected, i called customer care approx 30+ times in a month but still i am looking for a permanet solution and still i am having same problem and evertime they use to tell me just wait for 12 hour sir this time your problem will be solved and where as matter of speed worst speed, after every 30 min lan cable is disconeted, i was using airtel i think that was supervb.

m also using sify broadband... when its working its fine but when it goes down.. its bad bad bad.... they always say 12 hours and take 2 days...
last month my broadband was not working for about 7 days and i used my phone for dialup

but now its working fine
