    I've surfed up lotz of pages but didn't find the no.

    Can somebody please gimme the contact no. of the provider around the hyderabad.

    Many BB users have complained against Sify. So I will suggest - watch out. I will advise BSNL instead.

    if you don't have internet stay that way but don't go for Sify, they suck big time

    Thanx for the advise. My Neighbor had Sify from long time. He Recommended me to opt for too.. cuz he satisfied very much. But I forgot to ask him the Number as he shifted his house somewhere else.

    Yeah... Since past 3 days.. am trying to contact their representative from customer care. But whenever i connect to customer care..

    they say "wait a sec., we'll transfer the call to representative" and they leave us. got frustated.

    Was just interested in that plan ( Happy 512 ) but I couldn't use it.

    Anywayz Opted for RELIANCE WIMAX after collecting reviews from my local people and My Friend too advised me.

    Got Salary and Today I'm gonna pay for installation charges and enjoy 400kpbs @ 999

    We will leave this thread here for future visitors so they know that experienced members here on this forum do not advise anyone to go for sify.

    Hopefully sify will get a hint out of this and in future improve thy way theu work and treat their customers.

    It would be great if you could possibly post an ongoing review of your reliance wimax connection in the reliance wimax forum.

    I used to have sify broadband earlier but had to switch to Mtnl because sify was down half the time and even after payments on time they would not renew my account.

    I have moved on to Mtnl broadband and I am happy with its performance now.

    Any one thinking of getting sify broadband please think twice and only get it if you never use the internet and just want a few wires to hang into your house where monkeys can play and jump around on them.

    Payment is a common problem with Sify, as my cousins have experienced the same problem.

    i agree with everyone here that sify sucks big time... it is good only if it is working otherwise most of the time it is down..

    apart from that before getting sify just check your local provider and ask someone in your location that if your local provider is good or not.. coz these local providers are really bad and make the situation worst when there is a small problem..

    i m using sify and already requested sify to cancel my connection but no one in sify gives a damm **** to what a customer needs the only thing they know is to disconnect calls when ever we call cust care number..

    hey buddy .....its my personal advice don't use sify at all...they will irritate u.......most of the tym sify server does nt work....n wen comes to customer service it is even worse............go for ny other broadband connection......

    its better you call 100 and get arrested but dont call sify to upgrade... its such a pain that i can not tell you honestly... m so badly affected by this shitty ISP that can not do anything at all, most of the times it dont works.. it works good only if it works...

    i m without internet from last 7 days now and its a minor fault on line... so just imagine about a major fault before you call sify to get a new connection or to upgrade
