    Hi there,
    I am exposing my experiencing with Sify ISP that i faced with People's name [a.k.a] real one not the fake, by-the-way, i don't care untill they get to me

    Last year [2007] on November 2 we took Sify broadband connection, since BSNL rejects installation of landline in our area stating they are lacking of underground cables.
    Airtel [No connection of BB availability],VSNL [Lame Speed]

    So Sify was the Last option.

    We called the operator [Krishna] and he got Sify BB installed, for first week we got 128kbps speed that too full, they began to show their colour from the second week.
    Always the BB was disconnected and i had to bug Sify CC[customer care], after i called the BB was connected and speed was 30kbps.
    Atlast like in December 27, we got it disconnected.

    According to Sify's rules and terms of contract "the network cables will not be disconnected for 2 to 3 years", but our BB cable was cut by a line man by named [Dashanth] the person keeps on changing his names and colours in which ever area he goes
    He sent his [chamcha/chela] inorder to cut and that person lied that we agreed to it.

    In March of this year [2008], we again opted for a new connection, and at this time that person [Dashanth] came in front, he even enacted that he came asking for the a person by named [Sachin] and by a misfate we met him.
    He accepted the service contract and called his boss [the area/local operator] by named [Srinivas].
    The network got installed within 3 business days of receipt, but the problem was even worse, always the cable was disconnected, the network cable jack was misconfigured such that we would only get 20- 40 kbps speed and most often we got net only at the time or account renewal.
    I called Sify CC like 800+ times and money went like 8K to 30K just on calls.
    That person [Dashanth] used to come randomly asking for money in the name of service charge.
    Well from here i will write it in Hindi
    Jab bhi Dashanth aaatha tha, tab o muh mage paise letha tha, inkar karne par seede jaake BB cable kat detha tha.
    maine aur 3-4 log uske piche karne par pata chale ki o ek maholle ka bahut bada gunda hai.Maine phir Sify walo ko is bahre mai puch-chach kiya, waha ka agent ek bhare bhole "aap service charge math deejiye", dusere bhar " aapko service charge dena padtha hai".Isse bahut perishhan hoke phir Sify ko ek e-mail bhi beja, aaj that uska reply ke liye intjaar kar raha hun"
    Phir maine Sachin namak ladka se is baare mai baath kiya, o bhi ek gandu hi nikla, kyo ki o hi Dashanth ko supaari detha tha.
    Ek din eisa hua ki sachin ka account ko Sify wale de-activate kar diye, kyo ki unho ne 3 se 4 mahine ka re-charge ekhi baar karke paise dene par inkar kar diya tha.Usne mera cable jack se hi nikal ke kisi kone main phek diya, is baare mai usse puch ne par bola ki "agar mije net nahi aata hai tho tumhe bhi nahi aana chahiye"
    Sify Technicians sirf jut pe jut bholthe gaye.
    Last hum net ko disconnect karne ke liye application dale, par Dashanth ne Application dene se pehle hi Cable kaat ke le gaya tha.

    Well i kept on calling Sify CC, went to Area/Local operator's office, but i was treated very rudely, Operator handed the phone directly to Dashanth
    [Line man], that person spoke very Bad and slant words, i couldn't tolerate but i had to, since i had opted for their service.
    I contacted Sify again, they told "Sorry Sir, we cannot do anything to Local operators not the Line man, but everyone Knew Dashant.

    We even asked for a rebate of amount, which their terms state, they refused rudely and said, if you wish to take Legal actions too we don't care not even a pinch.
    If you dare to take a legal action, we will take your life, so the wise thing is don't risk your life just for a rebate.

    Now i have Bsnl Wll internet, the lamest network, which states 230kbps, but only gives abruptly 30 - 40 kbps.

    I live in Bangalore, if anybody else are from here and facing some problem or are thinking to opt Sify, please don't, since i believe you will face more than me untill if you are not Rich enough to handle these Sify Bitches.

    I don't know what to do

    So i am spreading this message against Sify and its bloody services, so that people will not get into trouble as i am in

    this is same everywhere and everyone is facing same issues with sify local providers, even i am facing same issues i m not getting connection from last 10 days now and still unable to connect

    Well it seems Sify/Satyam is only concentrating on making Profits!Profits!!!! and much Profits!!!!.
    Well again yesterday after i posted here again i called Sify's CC, but i got a message stating "We can't help, our old team is no more and some are shifted to either states and others are shifted to some process, so now the existing team is completely new, if you wish to register/lodge a complaint please try getting a new connection".

    Lastly, i contacted a person who works for A3 India, he said We are on the process of launching 8 new MMORPG's, so we can't help.

    All the way and overall, as Admin in other post said, " We are the Bali-ka-Bakra's".

    Not to say Satyam is enjoying/rejoicing at Sharemarket by treatning it own customers.

    trust me that day is not so far when sify will be wiped off from market.. and all these local providers will kill sify L(

    Well as for now, since in US there is a regress on process i am waiting eagerly to hear about Satyam's Sify getting into saturation mode.
    Err this Sify guys, they don't understand Human values, but only look at monetary policy.

    sify people has troubled everybody..they r not human,they r robbers and theives..i have been harassed by sify people a lot..
    i just wish that these people go bankrupt as no body will take connection from them..
    just take any connection but dn't take sify..

    hahhahha..

    if u people know,Sify comes under rank 4th in the most "unfriendly brand and not caring for customers" category..some days back Tata Indicom was 1sr rank..

    boss sify wale **** ****** hain .............. and even the higher authority like head of whole state would not even listen to customer ............ they also tries to find fault in customer ................

    sify is like if u get installed than u have to JHELNA from that time ....................... and more over u can't complained of ur local distributer ...................... enjoy SIFY hehe ............ jai ho sify dewta ki .......the only ***** *****
