Thread: Data Leakage Problem

Im sify user from bombay,

from since last two months i have been suffering from data leakage problem.
Due to load shedding im unable to shut down Computer so sify BB client cannot be logged out i.e improper logout.

!!!Sify has the policy that it logouts automatically!!!

When i next logged into the sify say at noon time the data consumed is to be shown as 250 mb .
The data is been calculated for the improper session which i have not been consumed.

I have send mails to sify they have refunded me 3 times for this what should i do? should i case against them for improper service?

Because of this data leakage problem my time and my money are been wasted????

this is a known problem with sify and you are not the only one who is suffering from this, i was using sify in Delhi and just got that cancelled few days back. Calling sify is of no use for first few times say 3-4 times they will provide you compensation but after that you will face lot many others issues with renew and stuff. I remeber last time we got a similar problem here where sify was charging one guy for the time when he was not connected at all.
Please speak to sify about this or call there chennai office, there you can speak to cust care manager Mr. Bhaskar (one more good for nothing type) who claims to be a manager but can not do anything for any problem.

What the ####ers are doing ?
Since 3 years have been past i have not experienced this problem but why now!

I CANNOT SHIFT ALSO TO BSNL coz it takes lot of time....

It's better to migrate then suffering coz one day it can give you biggest **** of your life.
I am still not able to connect on sify from 2sep. Till date my network cable is unplugged got fixed for 2 days then went down again and now i am so lazy to call them coz got only 14 days left for my package to expire (which is not working at all) and subscribed for Tata Wimax.

sify sucks ................. beside data leakage problem .............its very easy to hack sify LAN system in ur area ................

any one can use sify connection of other wd just littile knowledge of networking ................ sify is not a secure system

it just sucks everybody ............
