|  Beware Don?t even think of installing this ISP in you office or home these people are born cheaters. They don?t know the meaning of high speed internet rather I would like to say they even don?t know how to spell speed these people commit. The download speed as 40 to 50 KB/S for their best plan but believe me I even got download speed as low as 1 KB/S and the highest download speed I got is 14 KB/S and the link is down for at least 15 to 10 days a month and if you try to contact these people at their customer care numbers you have to dial at lest thirty times and after that you have to hold for at least five to eight minutes to get your complaint registered and after two or three days you will get only one reply that we have talked with our cable TV operator (CTO) and the problem is solved but when u try to log on the same story repeats. |
