Listen up all, who might wanna take SIFY, the biggest $%^%$ I have seen, I already knew they were totally $hit, but since sept. 7th is even worse then i thought!!

Its a long story, to make it very short,these follwoing experience so far:
New (login-)Client since 7 sep:

-They FORCE you to uninstall your Virus Scanner, otherwise NO INTERNET

-They FORCE you to install their Virus Scanner, otherwise NO INTERNET
(and this piece of $hit is not configurable,its just there and its always there, deleting or disabling will result in: NO INTERNET

-They client has got a bug (with me) Icon on desktop which is floathing and is ALWAYS there, opening a webbrowser and the icon is still there

-They cut off the connectiion after a while and they call it ’’ your session has expired’’, so unlimited/Shared connection people are screwed, no more downloading as long as YOU WISH,

Now, everything a bit more explained:

Since I cannot write a new review I just do it here on top of my old review,to warn people even more not to take this piece of %$%^ trash, owned by complete morons who should be....................... badly badly punished for this supertrash they sell, called SIFY BORADBAND

Today, 7th of september, the new client started to work.. no more login through a site, now there is a program for it... I thought it was somewhat usefull since it is like an stoneage-way of getting online, through a site... so, I downloaded it...

I installed and there the fun already begun:

’’’’’’PLEASE UNINSTALL ANY ANTIVIRUS U HAVE’’’’’’ ..was the first message after installing the client...
I was like: Yea right, i aint gonna delete my brand new Kasperski copy for some Sify-$hit scanner... so i canceled that installation. ( like most people will do I guess)
Client was installed but no connection,tried to get online but....some stupid error came up.
I tried it at least 2 more times, reinstalling, reconnecting, all that $hit what is possible to make it work again and eventually it got soo screwed up i had to do a system restore or I couldn’t get even the damn client back in my computer....


So..after a while I was like: This cant be happening, I NEED that stuff to get online??? and I deleted my Kasperski Anti Virus and installed this junk they say its free and its the superway of being protected and guess what: Internet WORKS!!

I was stunned.... so they FORCE you (’they’ are the complete brainless morons of SIFY) to use THEIR software or NO internet...

That virusscanner CANNOT be configurated, it ALWAYS runs and it eats here 20k ram ( for me too much since I dont have alot of RAM in my comp ) Isnt that illegal?
The client is using 15k RAM, so... 15+20 = alot for people with low RAM, aint i right?

I tried to disable it (in the msconfig-command in RUN) and restarted my computer: Computer crashes while trying to get online.

Here at this point I already was kinda boiling:

-U get forced to TAKE this software OR NO INTERNET
-FORCED to delete your expensive AntiVirus-software which is far more better then this $HIT they give for free ( HOW F%^%%G GENEROUS!!!) OR NO INTERNET

..and lets move on... we are not finished yet!

I noticed an icon, just like the icons on your desktop but this one is SIFY’s, which is ’floating’ and is there permanent, cannot be removed, is always on top, and is ALWAYS in the damn way. It just doesnt want to go, its there and its on top of everything HIGHLY annoying , seems that they even cannot make a simple client ( it actually doenst really amaze me though)

After spending some time, a nice blue SIFY wwindow poped up: Your session has expired...
I thought more or less like: it can happen, maybe a little cut or whatever so.. I logged in again..and after a while again: session expired.

These bunch of even more retarded made sure no1 can leave their comp on, downloading so they just put an automatic-cut-off-the-internet-after-a-while in that punk a@ss client... that means people HAVE to login every 30 mins, or 1 hour..I didn’t checked the time between the ’session expired’ message.

For me that is UNACCEPTABLE, I have unlimited download, on a shared line (which is also bull$hit, read my old review below) and I cannot download as much as i want because they cut it off..
I work 10 hours a day, the speed is slow (4kB/s) and I let my comp download all day, that is the WHOLE idea of unlimited data/time, to download as much as u want, u pay for the package but yet, these imbeciles think its probably too much and they screw up people with some $hitty client...

I think these guys @ SIFY would have fit nice as politicians...all they do is SCREW YOU UP while YOU PAY MONEY!

So...I wanted to ask what the hell what they were thinking and call them; no people available, some guy who sounded really drunk picked up the phone, hardly knew why I was calling, what the problem was an tried to get rid of me ( the bastard )
I am now EXTREMELY polite....so you can imagine how angry I am

I think I will call these guys tomorrow and, the first thing I will say is:
Sir, u have a pen and paper?

Please note down my bankaccount and GIVE ME THEMONEY I PAID FOR MY NEW KAV- AntiVirus scanner...they will say sory sil blablabah, i already know, but what can do, I am right, no question about that.

I also woyld like to have some more RAM since this piece of $hit, that virusscanner cannot be deleted...

Personally I would like to ask anyone who see a SIFY guy in his nice SIFY workclothes to say his company sucks big KCID (spelled backwards)

I need to stay calm and polite so, I better stop now or I just go on so..BE REALLY WARNED with this SIFY, the Nazi’s of ISP’s in India /me spits on Sify

I joined this forum only to abuse sify and guess wat? it improved my health as i finally get to let my frustration out.

Sify broadband actually makes way for hackers to install backdoors and trojans on their customers' computers. Sify broadband is a good punishment for people who misuse internet.

this office scan sucks big time...

Dont ever plug a sify cable directly into your computer.. they give high voltage shocks some times.. I have a wireless router to save my boxes.

even i m using sify broadband without this shitty trend micro antivirus.. trust me trend micro is nothing more than ****.. and this name is not there in list of good or trused antivirus softwares... database of trend micro is so outdated that they need another 50 long years to update it...

now i m using AVG 8.0 Paid Version and its working soo good... and that crappy trend micro is not there in my system anymore
