SIFY Broadband Connection -- Biggest cheaters on earth I’ve comeacross in my 20 years of IT life.

a. They promise for ’’Unlimited’’ downloads just to get you hooked up to their service

b. You’ll eventually pay for ALL of their expenses by way of installation + lancard etc.,

c. The associates who come for installation is NOT EVEN QUALIFIED TO CLEANUP OUR FLOORS. No IT Knowledge. They expect the machine to be provided to them WITHOUT any other application / package. They are muggedup with their installation procedures. At times we have to remind them about ipconfig and ping sort of commands.

d. YOU are forced to use the IP alloted by them.... In none of their agreement they mention about this. For example people like me who share the machine between my office network and for internet connection, need to manually change the network properties everytime. In this century probably the only dumbos NOT to use the dhcp mechanism to allocate dynamic IPs.

e. MOST arrogant customer service guys. I have not received a single convincing answer for all my queries (about 43) till date

f. One Machine / IP --> Only one user ID password can be used. When I opted to have different plan between myself, my spouse and my daughter.... we were forced to change the IP address every time we change our user ID.

WORST BROADBAND PROVIDER EVER SEEN.
