Recuva (Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File Recovery - Home) is a freeware Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It will even bring back files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!
Its free for both personal and commercial use.
However, it won't work all the time. If Windows has overwritten the area where the file used to be, or if the file is too corrupted to recover, then this software would not be of any use.

i use this... recovered many stupidly deleted files till date
