Thread: how to change ip address without rebooting modem?

does anyone know the trick how to change the ip without rebooting the modem? . tell me guys..


i am using zxdsl 531b modem, poppe mode, wifi with my laptop. 500 bsnl plan.

i would like more if any kind of software or something tht can change our ip.. rather than advices on changing to bridge more and dial connection and all.. as tht all sounds messy for me.. more or less.. i dont know how to change my poppe mode to bridge... and later i will be using my wifi or not..

precise information is more appreciated.

Download some proxy managers like hide-ip, Proxy Switcher, The Privacy Guard 1.5... etc(just search on softpedia).
Use any one till it expire.... during that time you can easily do some stuff...
