I know that Dinosaurs were not there 50 years ago. What I am talking about here is Cobol which is called Dinosaur. Only few languages older than it are in use (like Assembly language ,LISP & Fortran). But it is the language used most. It is use in even your mobiles ( all types even your Java one & Aircrafts.
Some of the facts on it:

This language is going to face shortage of programmers as programs have outlived programmers. It is going to be there for 50 years more.
