Softcell Technologies has announced acquisition of IT Secure Software. Softcell Technologies is an IT Systems Integrator and Solution Provider while IT Secure Software is a privately held Specialist Security Solutions company. With this acquisition it is evident that Softcell wants to become leading Systems Integrator (SI) with continued investment in core infrastructure, security and networking. In the security market you will find either small niche players or large Sis for whom security is another line of business. Softcell has stated that they will be able to deliver more value-add to customers with IT Secure’s skill in providing specialized solutions services in security domain.
