AMD Fusion will be a hybrid chip. It combines a graphics processor and a CPU. All these integrated on a single piece of Silicon. The chip is designed keeping in mind the mainstream laptops. The graphics processor integrated to the chip will allow easy viewing of Blu – ray movies. Playing 3 D games is also very easy with Fusion. It works in tandem with the CPU when there is a requirement of high end data consuming tasks.
