Default Conserve memory in Firefox while opening lots of tabs

Once of the most innovative thing in a modern browser is the tab which allows a user to view many web pages within a single window. However opening many tabs at a time, which has become a habit for many, can quickly gobble up lots of memory.

BarTap is a simple extension for Firefox which solves this problem. It makes this possible by not allowing firefox to load tabs which are not in focus. That is as long as a tab is in background it will not be loaded. Only when the user switches to that particular tab will it be loaded and memory used up.

You can also control whether only old tabs will follow this features or even newly opened tabs will follow this method. This way you need to have to compromise on the usability side while not having to have your memory gobbled up either.
