Default Read End-User License Agreement (EULA)

We often install applications and software's on our system and don't care to read the End-User License Agreement (EULA) which is displayed to us during the installation process and accepting which will install the application or software on our system and declining which will terminate the installation process.

We don't read EULAs because it is too long seems boring and time wasting too, but this act can put you in trouble by installing unwanted applications on your system with that software which will make you victim of spyware and adware which can send your confidential information's like system details, surfing habits, your login ids and passwords of your mail accounts and online banking to the company or developer whose product you installed.

These hidden activities are clearly described in the End-User License Agreement (EULA) which is shown to us during the installation process and by accepting it and installing the software protects the developer or the company from the legal action since you accepted the EULA.

To help you out to be on the safer side there are lots of software's which can read and analyze End-User License Agreement and will alert you when it finds keywords and phrases which indicate some kind of risk.

So be on safer side by going through End-User License Agreement (EULA).

One software which can Analyze license Agreements: EULAlyzer

Google's servers automatically record certain information about your use of the services. Similar to other web services, Google records information such as account activity (including storage usage, number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).
