With so many complaints involved with the introduction of Google Buzz , especially the way in which it exposed the privacy of the users without their explicit consent, Google has finally done its homework and has made some changes.

The automatic following of a user’s friends has been replaced with automatic suggestions as in Facebook , which would give the users the choice to decide rather than deciding for itself.

Next, it will not automatically collect information from Picasa’s public albums and reader shared items , although the user still has the choice to enable them manually.

And lastly, they have introduced a buzz tab in the Gmail settings where the user is given complete and refined access to all the subtle features of buzz and how it integrated with Gmail.
