I have used all softwares but none works. No software has recovered any file.If recovered, then they are unreadable.

Also try Recuva
from filehippo.com.
if you try to recover a file after a period of time it might have been overwritten, and beyond recovery.
Or You use too many passes to erase a file.
see Ccleaner options.

Revo Uninstaller is best in erasing and junk file cleaning...........
